Detailed Description:
The smooth flat end of this well designed 11 1/2 inch sauté works wonders when the recipe begins “Sauté in oil over high heat . . .” It is broad enough to keep lots of things moving on a hot surface. Also great for flipping two-sided delicacies that need equal cooking on both sides, and it has been known to serve at table as well! The handle has just the right angle for easy use. Hand wash and dry; occasionally rub with mineral oil to restore surface texture. The cherry sauté is shown on the left. |
