Artist hand-dyed fabrics are melded with commercial cottons in this bold, contemporary quilt. Working outward from a pale yellow square, Juanita has created depth and excitement with both color and dense machine quilting. Colors include pale yellow, light gold, dark wheat, muted green, bold red, and midnight blue. Quilt measures 35 inches wide by 53 inches high. It is complete with a rod pocket at top for hanging and one at the bottom for stability and is signed in stitches on the lower right corner. |
